In my research role at City, University of London, I design and facilitate interventions to cultivate psychological flexibility and well-being in both the public and private sector. I also work part-time as the in-house organisational psychologist for an agency of HM Treasury where I focus on psychological well-being and team development. I established my start-up People Soup in 2018 which aims to cultivate psychological flexibility in organisations. I have delivered evidence-based interventions to people in the NHS, UK Civil Service, Nectar Loyalty, global banking and UK ballet companies, including the Birmingham Royal Ballet, Rambert, The Royal Ballet, Scottish Ballet and Northern Ballet. Prior to my portfolio career I spent over 20 years in Senior HR roles in Government. I have a Masters in Human Resource Management from the University of Surrey Business School and a Masters in Organisational Psychology from City, University of London. I am fellow of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (CIPD) and also host the People Soup podcast, where we aim to make behavioural science accessible, useful & fun for humans@work & beyond. www.peoplesoup.co https://twitter.com/RossMcCOACH People Soup Podcast – available through many podcast sites including - Soundcloud - https://soundcloud.com/peoplesoup
